I am delighted to welcome you to the Panchsheel Group of Institutions, Bhalki (PGI Bhalki) family. It is my vision to provide our nation with motivated, responsible, and disciplined youth who will shape a better future. Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world, and at PGI Bhalki we wield this tool to unlock each student’s potential and build a foundation for lifelong success.

Our dedicated faculty and staff work tirelessly to ignite young minds through strong academics, as well as co-curricular and extra-curricular activities aimed at the total personality development of every student. We believe in instilling confidence, curiosity, and a sense of social responsibility. By providing a supportive environment and leading by example, we encourage our students to take on challenges and reach their full potential. “We march along with you for your victory,” meaning we stand beside each student, guiding them in every step toward achievement.

Our History & Philosophy

Established in 1998, the Panchsheel Education Trust has built a rich legacy spanning over two decades in the field of education. What began as a single school in Bhalki with a vision to make education accessible to all sections of society has now grown into a group of institutions encompassing multiple schools and colleges. Over the years, we have expanded our presence from primary education to professional courses, including nursing, teacher education (B.Ed.), industrial training (ITI), and paramedical programmes. We take pride in having extended quality education to rural and underserved areas in and around the Bidar district, staying true to our mission of educational outreach. Our journey is defined by a commitment to unbiased, inclusive education – ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to learn and excel.

Our educational philosophy centers on holistic development. We believe that true education goes beyond academic excellence; it involves shaping well-rounded individuals. At PGI Bhalki, students are encouraged to excel in academics and engage in sports, cultural pursuits, leadership activities, and community service. We have diligently put in place all the facilities and support needed for students to explore their interests and talents – be it on the sports field, through National Cadet Corps (NCC) and scouting programs, or via arts and cultural clubs. This philosophy of nurturing both mind and character means our graduates leave not only with strong knowledge and skills, but also with integrity, confidence, and a sense of responsibility. We uphold the values of Excellence, Service, and Integrity in every aspect of our teaching-learning process, aiming to mould the next generation of skilled professionals and conscientious citizens.

Our Campus & Facilities

Our institution offers a vibrant learning environment enriched with modern infrastructure and amenities. Spread across three campuses – at Bhalki (head office), Ambesangvi, and Kesar Jawalga – covering a total of 10 acres, PGI Bhalki provides students with a green, welcoming atmosphere that is conducive to learning and personal growth. Key facilities include:

Classrooms & Laboratories: Spacious, well-ventilated classrooms equipped with modern teaching aids (including audio-visual systems) make learning interactive and engaging. We boast state-of-the-art laboratories for sciences, healthcare (nursing and medical lab technology), and computing, giving students hands-on practical experience under expert supervision.
Library: A well-stocked library serves as an intellectual hub on campus. Students have access to a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources across diverse subjects. Quiet study areas and reading rooms provide the perfect setting for research and self-study, fostering a habit of lifelong learning.
Hostels: For students who come from different towns and states, our on-campus hostel facilities offer a safe, comfortable home-away-from-home. Separate hostels for boys and girls are managed with strict discipline and care. They feature furnished rooms, healthy mess facilities, round-the-clock security, and recreational spaces — ensuring students live in a nurturing, secure environment.
Sports & Recreation: Believing in the mantra “a healthy mind resides in a healthy body,” we provide excellent sports infrastructure. Our campuses include playfields and courts for games like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, and more. Students are encouraged to participate in sports, NCC training, scouting, and cultural events. Regular extracurricular activities, competitions, and an annual sports meet help students stay active and learn teamwork and leadership.
Campus Amenities: The institute’s campuses are self-contained with amenities such as a cafeteria offering hygienic food, transportation facilities for day scholars, and basic medical care for any health needs. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled and monitored for safety, creating a technologically advanced and secure learning space.

Shri. L. G. Gupta

Shri L. G. Gupta is the founding pillar of Panchsheel Group of Institutions. A passionate educationist and visionary, he established the trust in 1998 with the aim of transforming lives through education. Under his leadership, the institution has flourished from a single school to a renowned multi-campus group. Shri L. G. Gupta’s unwavering commitment to “Education for All” and his emphasis on values, discipline, and service continue to guide every aspect of our growth. He is widely respected for his philanthropic approach and hands-on involvement in nurturing the academic environment. As Chairman, he remains the guiding force inspiring faculty and students alike to strive for excellence and integrity.

Mr. Abhay L. Gupta

Mr. Abhay Gupta plays a key role in the administration and advancement of PGI Bhalki. As the Secretary of the institution (and a proud second-generation torchbearer of the Gupta family’s educational mission), he brings youthful energy and a modern vision to the team. He oversees the day-to-day operations across all campuses, ensuring that the high standards set by the founder are met consistently. Mr. Abhay Gupta is instrumental in introducing innovative educational practices and forging collaborations that benefit students’ exposure and career prospects. His approachable leadership style and focus on continuous improvement help maintain an environment of trust, efficiency, and academic quality throughout the institution.

Dr. Anjali Gupta

Dr. Anjali Gupta, as a Trustee of Panchsheel Group, contributes her academic expertise and strategic insight to the institution’s governance. With a strong background in academia and a deep commitment to student development, she is dedicated to upholding the institution’s standards of excellence. Dr. Anjali Gupta champions initiatives that enhance the learning experience – from curriculum enrichment to student welfare programmes. Her guidance ensures that the institution not only preserves its founding values but also evolves with the changing educational landscape. A role model for young professionals, she exemplifies compassionate leadership and is actively involved in mentoring students to become future leaders in their fields.
